As Excell Academy is preparing to become a Full Service Community School site, we would like to continue to collaborate with our families to have more access to more resources on site to support student learning continuity and stability. The support of our partners, community, and investors is needed to fund the costs associated with our new Family Resource Center & Daycare, as well as our staff and student wellness spaces.
Excell Academy’s funding is much less of what many traditional public schools are allocated, and we do more with less. Imagine how much more we can do with more! Special thanks to many of our community partners who have donated to Excell Academy. Whether it was for our playground, additional computers and tablets for our students to engage in distance learning or for donating money to expand the new middle school wing; your gifts, time, and support are most valued and appreciated!

Excell Academy’s Kitchen Campaign
Excell Academy is blessed with a strong, dedicated staff and long tenure of significant portion of our teachers. In 2020-2021, Minnesota Department of Education awarded Excell as a “High Quality Charter School,” one of 14 in the state. We are proud that our students out perform other schools with similar demographics across Minnesota.
Excell Academy has proven itself as a high-quality charter school that is Beating the Odds and Reducing the Achievement Gap!
Excell Academy is expanding the music program! Donations of new and/or used instruments are greatly appreciated.
MAKING THE PLAYGROUND POSSIBLE
A great big THANK YOU to the Brooklyn Park Fire Fighters and the Brooklyn Park Fire Foundation for your generous donation of $10,000 to help build a playground for our students, and all of the children in our community!

We would like to extend a very special “THANK YOU” to Thrivent, The Salvation Army Noble Worship and Service Center, WoMN Strong, and HOPE 4 Youth for such generous donations and for your labor of love! We passed out over 150 donated backpacks filled with school supplies at our Open House last week. There were tears in the eyes of parents, and smiles on our student’s faces. What a great start to an amazing school year!

Through a generous partnership and donation from the Minnesota State Horticultural Society and Cargill, our scholars will have had the opportunity to work with staff to start an Excell Academy Garden 
The Salvation Army generously provided Excell Academy’s Community with FREE turkeys just in time for the holiday! We are so grateful!
